If you are interested in joining us in volunteering your time now and in the months ahead, we are very interested to hear from you.

Post Covid Return Programme

In the wake of the Covid pandemic lockdowns, LighthouseParenting Programme(LPP), is an effective tool to meet the challenges of return to social living. At the core of LPP, is family healing and nurture, where children can feel safe and seen. Imposed isolation, solitary living and restrictions for families worldwide was especially difficult for children; the uncertainty, anxiety, intensity of home living, stressed and distant relationships, remote education, isolation from friends, perhaps bereavement without the chance to say goodbye. Lighthouse resources can help parents to restore and enhance their relationship with their child, to better support them to reconnect socially, adjust to school, social life and to reclaim their sense of belonging inside and outside the home.
